He then set forth on the path of HR. He formed a department at Rockaway Capital investment group named HR 2.0 – Human Relations. It was focused on corporate culture and building communities that tied the Rockaway group’s whole company portfolio together. Viktor approached HR via studies and technologies, and he used self-teaching algorithms and other technological innovations (socio-mapping software and chatbots for indecisive candidates) to automate a portion of HR processes so as to give his colleagues and him more time for work with people.
