We are looking forward to an inspiring Keynote by Johnny Campbell’s on „Candidate Engagement across the Globe – Tips, Trends and Techniques“.
Kick-on together into the evening. There will be great music, delicious food and refreshing drinks – right in the centre of Berlin.
A full programme including sourcing labs, workshops, focus, interactive and toolbox sessions as well as an innovation tour will provide great opportunity for exchange with like-minded professionals.
Almost 300 Participants gathered on July 9th/10th, 2015 for the SRD launch event in Berlin. In addition to Best Practice and Impulse Talks on future-oriented recruiting, participants were able to bring their their sourcing skills to the next level and take on the Sourcing Challenge.
After a very inspirational first day we enjoyed a relaxed evening by the river Spree with BBQ and games. Also, an excursion to betahaus, Germany’s biggest coworking space, encouraged us to think outside the box.
